Full Belly Fitness is my project. Here’s a third person description of myself:

David Hestrin is a journalist, nutrition researcher, athlete, produce shopping expert, and enjoyer of food and this website is where he writes what he believes to be relevant, interesting, useful, and empowering information for people like you.

Full Belly Fitness came about because I finally discovered a way to eat as much as I felt my body wanted and do so in a way that wouldn’t lead to food comas, stomach aches, indigestion, acne, body odor, excess mucus, tooth grinding, headaches, or any other food caused problems.

What is that way? Read. Watch. Ask Questions. Think For Yourself.

There’s a way to eat that is in harmony with your body’s needs. You may be surprised.
